This is a program that turns a markup document (typically README.md) into a website.

Typical usage:

markup2website <README.md >website/index.html

How to make a release

• Finalize chanagelog

• git commit -a -m 'Release <version>' && git push && git tag <version>

• Bump version in release.sh and add entry in changelog
